Practical Comfort with Room for ImprovementDuring my recent visit to this hotel, I observed several aspects that both delighted and disappointed me. The location is indeed excellent, with a plethora of stores and restaurants right nearby-ideal for families or those wanting to avoid the hassle of transport. Belen at reception provided a welcoming touch; her attentiveness certainly stood out. I found the rooms somewhat basic. The hotel advertises queen beds, but they are actually doubles, which may not suit everyone-especially for the price point. While the complimentary breakfast was decent, overall, the amenities didn't match the premium charge. On the upside, guests can take advantage of efficient housekeeping, air conditioning, and luggage storage facilities, all contributing to a convenient stay. While the experience was comfortable, I'll leave potential guests to weigh the luxury against the value. For a more complete stay, a few additional amenities could certainly enhance the offering. It's a good option-just manage your expectations about room standards.
